Key Account Manager
Our client’s main point of contact responsible for coordinating the account and central to all communication. The Key Account Manager regularly meets with our various insurers to ensure they are at the forefront of products and processes and to ensure constant improvement in our service delivery. The Key Account Manager assesses new client needs to ensure they receive the best possible option. Their responsibilities include benefit design, renewal negotiations, analysing and reporting on claims utilisation, network and provider utilisation monitoring and development, wellness facilitation, matters requiring escalation amongst many others key functions.
Relationship Specialist
Provides day-to-day support to our clients. This includes member additions and deletions, pre-authorisations, confirmation of membership, explanation and assistance with benefits and general administrative support. Our team offers support in English, Portuguese, French and Afrikaans.
Claims Specialist
Manages members’ claims including assistance with completing documentation, submissions and escalations. The Claims Specialist also tracks claims to ensure members are reimbursed correctly and promptly, as well as assisting members obtain pre-authorisations for their treatment.
Emergency Support 24/7/365
Our emergency team are on call day and night, all year round. This team is dedicated to members requiring emergency assistance in all aspects of medical insurance and evacuations. We take control, from the initial emergency call through the entire process, as liaison between the company, member, and the medical insurer.
We ensure emergency services progress quickly and that all supporting documentation such as passports, visas and pre-authorisations are in place for the fastest possible evacuation and safety of the member.
