Lisa has industry experience since 2009 in international and local medical insurance. With her deep understanding of the intricacies and specialised requirements for medical insurance in Africa and beyond, she leads a devoted and passionate team. Lisa is motivated by a passion to fill the gaps in medical healthcare in Africa. She personally ensures Advisor Office clients are equipped with relevant and comprehensive product choices. She ensures her team’s service and dedication provide remarkable company and member experience
Claudia has a background in administration and financial management, with industry experience since 2010 in the medical insurance industry. Extensive travels into Africa have afforded Claudia a granular understanding of medical treatment, emergency evacuations and the challenges of these services in Africa and beyond.

Duran has industry experience since 2005 in both corporate and individual health, and risk benefits. His expertise lies in local medical aid as well as associated healthcare insurance products. Duran also has extensive background in account management and employee benefits. He is responsible for business development in both the local and international markets with an emphasis on corporate healthcare, group risk and retirement benefits.

The devoted client relationship team ensures members receive personalised service no matter how big or small the request. The team’s combined 30 years of experience include HR assistance, claims queries, pre-authorisations, and membership queries, benefit understanding and provider information. The team is fluent in English, Portuguese, French and Afrikaans, catering for the dominant languages of Africa and beyond.
